BIOGRAPHY
David Magiera began his creative endeavors in the seventies as a self-taught freelance artist. During that period he developed several family-oriented board games and received patents on two of them. His game called "Call-It!" was licensed and sold by Jeau Nathan in France and by Ideal Toy Company here in the US. Magiera is also a home-designer and custom homebuilder. He is the former president and founder of Galatian Homes which has built over 30 homes in the Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX area.
A distinctive trademark of a Magiera-designed house is the cast stone Dove Medallion which rests above the main entry door. "This work of art was created as my way of placing a blessing on the homes we built. Eight out of ten new home buyers chose to beautify their new home with the Dove Medallion.
During the past thirty years, Magiera has also dedicated his time and talents to a mandate which the Lord placed in his life in 1979. Shortly after his "born again" experience in 1976, Magiera began using his creative talents as a writer, songwriter and sculptor to share the message which God had spoken into his life. As a result, a unique manifestation of prophetic song, symbolic art and prophecy has been bothe revealed and created through his hands. His vision of the rapture has been sculpted into a beautiful and profoundly symbolic work of art called "The Rapture." It illustrates the bride of Christ rising above the clouds at the moment of the rapture. "The Wedding of The Lamb" is a miraculous manifestation of anointed lyrics and a sweet, heavenly melody which has touched the lives of believers in all 50 states and more than 30 countries.
